Refund policy

Every Back Pew Fellowship shirt is printed for your order, so nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting. That shapes everything below.

WRONG SIZE. Send it back unworn, unwashed and undamaged within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange it for a different size at no charge. Email sisterdoris@backpewfellowship.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will send you return instructions. You cover return postage; we cover the postage to send the replacement out.

CHANGE OF MIND. Because every shirt is printed for your specific order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. The size chart is on every product page. Please use it before you order.

DAMAGED, MISPRINTED OR WRONG ITEM. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, and you will not need to send anything back.

CANCELLATIONS. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your shirt goes to print. Email sisterdoris@backpewfellowship.com as soon as possible — once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

REFUNDS. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is refunded only when the fault was ours.
